At WAILDTOP, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. To maintain transparency and quality service, we follow the policies outlined below:

1. Immediate Return Policy (Check & Refund):

To ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, we follow an immediate inspection policy.

Required Steps: Customers must thoroughly check the product (size, color, and quality) in front of the delivery person.

Immediate Return: If you are not satisfied or find any visible defects, you must immediately return the product to the delivery person.

Final: After the delivery man leaves, the product will not be eligible for return or refund under the "Preferences" or "Visual Defects" category.

Delivery Charges: In case of return after receiving the product. The customer will have to bear all delivery charges (shipping to our warehouse and back to the customer).

 

2. Refund Period: 

If the return to the delivery man is confirmed immediately and the product reaches our warehouse, any advance payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

 

3. Cancellations and Non-Returnable Items:

Cancellations: Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of order placement.

Non-Returnable: Used products are not eligible for return or refund.
